(2 blocks North of OSU Track; McElroy & Garfield)

Busses will be parking at the paved lot at the OSU track (two blocks south of the course)

Team Awards:

Awards ceremony after results are posted at the award stand. Team trophies for 1st and 2nd place will be awarded for the varsity & junior high girls' races. We will be giving out 16 team trophies (Special Horseshoe Pistol Pete trophy designed by a local artist) MUST HAVE E-MAILED VARSITY & JUNIOR HIGH (top 7) NAMES BY SEPTEMBER 26 to enter in the varsity or junior high races.

Individual Awards:

OSU 3 color Pistol Pete special design cast medals to top 40 in each of the 12 races. (Total 320 medals)

Bus Parking:

Okla. City : Hwy. 51 to Western (left)(4th red light) to McDonald (left)

Fast Route: Hwy. 51 to Country Club (left) (1st red light)-1 miles north to McElroy (right)(stop sign) 2 mile east to * stop sign & another ¼ mile east to X.C. Course.

Tulsa : Turnpike to (curves into) Washington Rd.(not Perkins Rd) (right) on McElroy
left on McDonald (one block pass the main entrance).

Fast Route: Turnpike 3 miles to Lakeview (right)(3rd red light) 1 mile west to Western (left) (light) 1mile south to * McElroy(left)(stop sign) ¼ mile east to X.C. Course.

Entry Fees:

$ 80.00 per each gender varsity team (can enter more than one varsity team in each race/$80.00 each girl & boy team to enter). $ 60.00 boys junior high and $ 60.00 girls junior high. $ 13.00 for individual runner (less than 7 high schools & less than 6 junior high). Entry Deadline:

All varsity & junior high entries must be E-MAILED by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 to run in the varsity and junior high races. Please DON'T send OPEN Race entries. Precision Timing will enter first and last name into the computer. Your entry fee must be paid before your team can race or contact the Athletic Department prior to the Jamboree to indicate payment. Try to have entry fee sent in ahead of time so you don't have to wait in line.

Pasta Dinner, Movie and guest speakers on Friday (Oct 2) at Stillwater high school. From 5:00 to 8:00pm. Email teh number eating ($6.00 per person) and what time you will be eating.

Shirt stand (The 5 color front and 4 color back shirt design by Eskimo Joe’s-special design for 73rd year)
OSU Jamboree Shirt Sale (Please Pre-Order-Sept 25) I have to pre-order shirts by Sept. 1- if I guess correct – we will have the correct sizes--will sale out each year- pre-order is a service to help H.S./J.H. teams have the first shot at the shirts only-(design on website)- $15.00 for pre- order shirts (pay the day of the meet to: Stillwater Booster Club and $17.00 the day of the meet (non pre-order).
